Using grapes from a single vineyard in North Worcestershire, this is the first ever wine bottled by Midland Press with a limited run of just under 800 bottles.

The 100% Pinot Noir Précoce underwent carbonic maceration for 3 weeks at a cool constant temperature in our viaduct arch before being aged for 5 months in steel vats. The wine was bottled on the premises unfiltered and unfined.

The result is a genre-bending ultra light dry red wine with notes of red cherry and strawberry.

Serve chilled.
