This 100% Pinot Blanc is an expression of some of the best English fruit available made with patient minimal intervention winemaking. The resulting wine is a mature yet fragrant and textural white which we are very happy to share with you!

From a single vineyard in the heart of the Crouch Valley, Essex, using an ancient Alsatian clone (N81), the cooler 2024 vintage brings a wonderful freshness alongside delicate aromatics.

This wine underwent a remarkable, full eight-month spontaneous fermentation in old French oak. This extended fermentation has built body, depth of flavour and texture along with subtle oak characteristics. Bottled on-site, unfiltered and unfined, the result is a fresh, yet complex wine with notes of green apple and Comice pear.
